I enjoy having a little extra help when it comes to entertaining my kids especially a growing toddler. I like my FamilyFun craft books but what sets this book a part from other ones is that it is written for teachers and isn't that what mothers usually are? It also is broken down into categories such as discovery, dramatic play, fine and gross motor skills, finger plays, games and language. Each category is then subdivided into age Infant, younger toddler and older toddler. It really is user friendly and pratical. I like it not only for the reference but because it also uses recyclables and easy things you have laying around the house. Another bonus is that it describes what skill your child would be learning specifically. I am always searching and this is by far the best and most practical book for finding ideas to entertain a little one!
